Guest guest
Dear Shri Ganapathy Sir : Om Sri Gurubhyo Namaha ! Sri Lalitha Tripurasundaryai Namaha ! This may be an interesting link to visit on this subject. http://ikashmir.org/Temples/GoddessSharda.html It will definitely answer your first question. This seems like an authentic account by a Kashmiri - also an Indian army brigadier. There is also a map of the pilgrimage route to Shardi(apparently - the current name not Sarada) of the village. >From my limited contacts in the Indian army and Ministry of External Affairs, it is an extremely difficult place to get permission to visit. I hope the current peace initiatives and cricket diplomacy make it easier for Shaaktas to visit Peethams on the other side.
