For the list, I think letting people quote from all tantra-s will open pandora's box. Then we will have to encounter the situation of accepting few lines from a work and discounting others. This will lead to needless discussions (which will require a sound knowledge of the big three to resolve). This will not be the case if the list is made of few members who knew each other well. We have 400+ members and for the most part we do not know each other and possibly the true motivations. Hence, it is better if we stick to works which uniformly adheres to shruti-smRti-puraNa-s; and not to those which do it locally here and there. We may still do it without knowledge (once in a while), but let us not do it intentionally.
