Guest guest
Dear Atreyaji, Indeed the reply of yours was the same what I thought until I read the Bhagwaan’s message. It looks to me that there is a Samadhi stage which is just before the realization of Amba Om , the Mumukshu falls back short of realization and that stage he has Experienced the Bliss if not permanently but only temporarily. In quoting this I may be wrong – either I have not understood the question or misunderstood Bhagwan’s answer. Look forward to your comments. Let us go back to 19th Jan 1936. (Source Talks with Maharishi ) Mr. Ellappa Chettiar a M.L.C quoting a verse from “KAIVALYA” asked Can Jnana be lost after being attained once? Ramana Maharishi Replies : Jnana once revealed takes time to steady itself. The self is certainly within the direct experience of everyone but not as one imagines to be. It is only as it is. This experience is Samadhi. Just as fire remains without scorching against incantations or other devices but scorches otherwise, so also the self remains veiled by vasanas and reveals it when there are no vasanas. Owing to the fluctuations of the vasanas, jnana TAKES TIME TO STEADY itself. Unsteady jnana is not enough to check rebirths. Jnana cannot remain unshaken side by side with vasanas. To remain unshaken further efforts are necessary. Samadhi is certainly good, but one must go further until it is realized that actionless and action are not hostile to each other. Fear of loss of Samadhi while one is active is a sign of ignorance. There is a state beyond our efforts or effortless. After tasting BLISS , even once experienced the bliss of peace no one would like to be out of it or engaged himself otherwise. Unquote : Is it a state of Savikalpa Samadhi and returning back. The reason being simple that "Anada" is purely abstract in nature - the very nature of living beings. It can only be realized. When one enters the Andamaya kosha, all the physical aspects will be absolved into one consciousness. Please refer to the following verses in the "thaitthariiya upanishad": (Ananda brahmopaasana) "AnandhO bramhEthi vyajAnAth | AnandhA DhyEva Khalvi maani BhoothAni jAyanthE | AnandhEna jAthAni jiivanthii | Anandam prayanthyaBhisamvishanthiithi....." This state of exalted being is said to be the highest (and purest) state - the realization of "advaitha". Shrii Shrii Shankara Bhagavathpaada has very beautifully described this state as "naada - bindu - kalaathiitha". It is in this state that the sadhak realizes Maa Jagadambaa "Ananda mayii".......... , alexandra_108 <alexandra_108> wrote: > How can the Anandamaya Kosha be visualized? > Is there somewhere a meditation procedure for vizualisation of the Anandamaya Kosha? > > Alexandra > > > > > > Friends.
