"Atapatra" means one who protects from all these troubles. One that protects from all the troubles is nothing but Atmaj~nAna. It quietens all the woes arising from saMsara. "yat j~nAtva na punar mohamevaM yAsyasi pANDava" [bhagavad gIta 4-35] which means "by knowing which, you will not have this delusion again". "eka" means unique. Atmaj~nAna is the unique destroyer of all woes arising out aj~nAna. sAmrAjya means supreme status. SHE gives the supreme status of unitary knowledge of brahman. This name can also mean that SHE confers greatness like emperorship to HER devotees.
