Guest guest
Pranams, It would be Safe for householders to procure Small Vigrahas for Home worship from reputed places like the HH Judge Swamygal Adishtanam at Pudukottai and Similar places , where the requirements as per sashtras would have been taken into account by the Adhishtanam or the authorities themselves and the devotee need not be bothered much on the technicalities,Shastras etc. Another such place could be at Rajarajeshwari Temple at Nanganallur at Chennai. To my limited knowledge Swamymalai is famous for Sthapies who are involved in making Mega Vigrahas -Custom made, for Temple requirements, while small Vigrahas are also sold in shops around. I understand such Sthapies are given the Beej Mantras of deities before they execute the work. Further the right of First Aradhana to the Vigraha, after installation in temples goes to the Sthapthies. I heard that it differs according to Peetadhipathis of the Peetam where the Vigraha will be installed for Upasana. namasthe Prasad -- pradiipajvaalaabhirdivasakaraniiraajanavidhiH sudhaasuuteshcandropalajalalavairarghyaracanaa . svakiiyairambhobhiH salilanidhisauhityakaraNaM tvadiiyaabhirvaagbhistava janani vaacaaM stutiriyam.h www : http://www.ambaa.org/ Contact: help / Ganapathy --- Vijaya " Jai Bhavani "
