I am writing this from top off my head. Hence, it may have errors.

* R^ishhabha-dhvaja means Lord shiva. One who has R^ishhabha has his

emblem, banner, etc.

* vij~nAna - svAnubhava yukta jnAna (shankara in gita bhaashhya) - It is not

a mere verbal knowledge. It is jnAna that has been realized or experienced

and inherent.

* bhAvana - This has many shades of meaning. It is a mental mode, or

attitude or state of contemplation.

This name could mean that SHE is absorbed in shiva state, not in a external

or superficial manner. But through an indepth experience of that state

itself. Which means, she is one with that state. Think of brahmavit

brahmaiva bhavati. It indicates SHE is non-different from HIM.

They are one at all levels. At the level of yantra - there is nothing more

demonstrative of the union than shrIchakra -- which is a standing testimony

for paraspara-aashlishhTa-vapurdharaabhyam. Even in the mantra

panchadashaxari - see how the shivAxara-s and shaktyaxara-s hug each other

(aashlishhTa - means embraced). Of course the form is ardhanAri. They are

inseparable like word and its meaning. If HE is the word, SHE is the

meaning. Thirumular highlights this as "where HE is, there SHE is - like

life guarding the flesh ...". To borrow words from a tamil movie song* --

When you say HE it actually SHE & HE; and when you say SHE it is actually HE

& SHE. Their intricate union is a great joy for the Universe at all levels.

You cannot think of one without the other. When that is the case, who else

but HER can have a true bhAvana of HIM -- and who else but HIM can have a

true bhAvana of HER.
