Guest guest
Namasthe. The Mantras and Yantras are not an end by itself for a sadhak. Due to the existence of duality, a permanent vision ( which is not a Visual or mental in nature) of the identity between the jiva and ishwara is not established. But definitely it is an indirect means for the ultimate end and freedom from rebirths -- Moksha. ( Talks With Shree Ramana ) Any Upasana contributes to the Chitha Suddhi which would lead to Vichara. While the path of direct enquiry -- “ WHOM Am I “ while direct not requiring any upasana or any kind of rituals that are associated with it, is a very difficult path to follow . The advantage in the Upasana Marga is that even if one doesn’t get Mokasha in this birth there is a definite possibility for many to reach the Sathya Loka and continue one’s upasana for further liberation. When one reaches the Sathya Loka coming back to this planet never exists. Ganapathy Prasad Balasubramanian <prasad wrote: Namasthe, I've one question. Does a shAkthA apply "nethi nethi" process at some point of time to mantras and yantras too ?
