Guest guest
Dear Members, Namaskaram. If a man is missing then the Law presumes him to be dead on the expiry of a certain period. Do the Shastras make any such presumption? Is there any minimum age of death which makes a person eligible for Shraddham to be performed for him/her? What is the basic requirement for one to become eligible for a Shraddham to be performed for him/her? Kindly enlighten me on the same as the Shastras prescribe for the Brahmins.
