Guest guest
Dear Devotee Namasthe. As per your mail, Libation implies a drink offering to Ambaa. I am afraid that this is not the correct meaning and would you pl clarify the source of this interpretation. As per my limited information the meaning is explained below : The word " Tarpanam" -- signifies, the Knowledge of the meaning of Mantras ,which alone satisfies Ambaa Om. This Namavali's meaning has to be read with the Previous one -- " Raho Yaga Krama Radhya " -- One's Upasana should be protected with utmost secrecy which is called as " Rahasya Tarpanam " and She is pleased ony with such worship. HH Pujya Bhaskara Raya in his commentary on Varivasya Rahasyam has talked about doing Sri Vidya Upasana without understanding the mantras as amounting to offering oblation to Agni without any fire power or Ash. In Sri Vidya Navavarana Puja there is a mantra which goes as " Ardhram Jwalathy Jyothi Rahamasmi ........ Such mantras have a deeper impact on the Sadhak, if he knows the meaning . This mantra has an Advaitic significance and capable of unfolding the Advaitic Bhavam in the individual , when chanted with the prior knowledge of the mantra. ( The mantra means ... that the blockages such as the Punyam, Papam, Dharmam, Adharmam etc which prevents Me from knowing the Atma Jyothi and ( due to which I misundersatnd as a dual person ) is given as an oblation in Me and though wet it burns well in Me -- as I am alone Brahman and Brahman is Me. This Mantra is Maha Vaakya by itself. It would be relevant to the subject matter of this mail, to recall how HH Pujya Chidanandar performed Nava Varana Puja for 12 years secretly as per instructions of his Guruji HH Guhananadar , on the terrace of his house. Even to his spouse it was kept confidential and his Patra Sadhanam for the puja comprised of empty shells of the coconut. -- This is Rahasya Tarpanam. As a contrast, It is unfortunate in Kali Yuga that certain individuals who claim to be intense upasakas advertise themselves recklessly by sponsoring events on popular TV channels for their own Bhoga and get lost in that Bhoga. the irony is that these upasakas claim that they bring bhoga to other individuals. In this process the Bheeja Mantras and to a certain extent the secrecy of the pujas are telecast to the world at large and imagine this in the background of the Namavaly. Ambaa Om is " Bhoga Moksha Daayini " and Bhoga is only a bye product and one need Not ask Her explicitly. Guest guest
Sri Mathrey Namah, I have also heard about HEH Chidananda and their Guruji, the well aclaimed established of Guhananda Mandali, HEH Sri Guhananda What a Sadhaka performs is always a secret because everything has to be internal. external worship and ritual is only an example to what one has to perform internally. it is ever elucidated in LS everywhere about this as we find score of Namas in LS about the same. This Rahasya will be made open only a Guru to his disciple. Always at the Lotus feet of Guru, Samvidaananda Saktha, Saravana Kumar ganapathy = = vijaya <srividya101 wrote: <snip> [Moderators' note, if you quote from the previous message, quote only what is needed in your reply]
