sub: Chandika

Priya mahasay,

Chandaasura was the embodiment of anger, almost equal to

Chanda Bhairava. Then to annihilate that anger, perhaps our holy mother might

have to acquire even more fieryness in her. That might have been the highest

altitude of anger at that time. In front of such a maximum height of anger

Chandasura has become a cooler object and lost all of greatness in anger. This

anger of Chandika should not be considered as meterial anger, just as kshudra

ahantha. The mother is in fact the poornaahantha. When we extend our looks

towards the poornaahankara, the physical humane ahankara (kshudraahamkara) will

automatically be vanished out and only the poornaahamkara will remain as the

mother of all the anthahkaranas and the daughter of the Mahat. So the anger of

chandika is of that type.

"Chamuum daathi ithi Chandika" - One who guides/leads the

regiments of army of all the faculties of our sensory organs to defiet the evil

forces and to achieve the highest state of bliss in all the worlds. "Punyam

yayaastribhuvanaguror dhaamam". She blesses her children with the greatest

Punya and makes him placed above all the three worlds.

In any language there are some traditions to understand a

word or a combination of words. We can not interpret 'Pankaja' as a worm just

because it has born in the mud. You have to interpret it as a lotus only here.

In the same way, you cannot apply the elementary grammer to define Vishwaamitra

as an enemy of the universe. Or, you cannot define Chandala as an angry young

man.

The word 'Chanda' has got another two meanings as, sharpness

and quickness. Sharpness applies for her protective nature, and quickness

applies in coming to her children who cry with any pain.

"Chanda vikrama" doesnt mean that she is valourous or heroic,

but that she diverts us (vi-krama) from our evil behaviours very quickly.

Chandika is the leader of all the sensory organs. It is the mind. Sensory organs

are considered as the army of Lord Indra. The leader of that army is

Subrahmanya.

So Chandika is Subrahmanya swaroopini. "Su" means perfect. So she is the

perfect Brahmam. She is the leader of Indriya Ganaas. So she is the Ganapathi.

"Chanda" is an epithet of Siva, ie., auspitiousness or propitiousness. So

Chandika is the embodiment of these two.

She is the mother of us all. There is no place for anger in

her dictionery any where or for anyone including the so called enemies. No

question of getting angry on people who does not pray her. She is so kind at her

enemies that she did not like to throw any wepon upon her enemy. "

Humkaarenaiva tham Bhasma saa chakaaraambikaa thathah " The demons also are her

children. She didn`t want to hurt them with any weapon. She is not angry at

all.

Chandabhairavi and Krodhabhairavi both two are different

energies.

We cannot apply the same Anger meaning for both. Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha,

Madha and Maatsarya are the most ugliest things in the human world. They cannot

be beautiful ever. If they appear beautiful, the mother will be driven far away

and she will not be able to reach her child at all. We must always look her as

a benefactor Devata but not as a frightening devil.

It is not my intention to hurt anyone or controdict others

with this letter

at all. I request all to pardon me if any thing sounds so.
