But as far as I know there are two different vArahi rituals. The five day rite concluding in the pa~nchami and the nine day rite that i believe you are talking about. In the latter, day one begins with a pUja to chaNDoChaNda (a gaNa of vArAhI), madasAgara and kurukulla. From day 2 onwards the 8 vArAhI shaktis are worshipped day by day. In the mornings bhairavas are offered piNDas and the dhAtunAthAs are also worshipped on each night.
