Guest guest
Om Shri Gurubhyo Namah. I am not aware of any hard and fast rule about sankalpam. This is tradition and sampradaaya, rather than a dictate of any scriptures. Sankalpam by itself means a desire / will for specific outcomes. So, even a statement like “Surya Narayana Kshethre, Shubha Dine, Shuba Nakshathre, Shubha Nityaayaam etc.,”, may be acceptable to many. (This would cover any area that sun light can reach. Regards. Guest guest
Sri mathre namah. Sangalpa is nessessry for everything even for day to day life.If you wnat to wash your cloths you have to plan and make your mind set to alot a time to do that.In a way sangalpam is like that to prepare your mind and stike to it. Here you are refreing the year month date and allthose data to it.This is to fix your mind to do.
