Guest guest
Dear Satish: Many a times, presence of hidden spiritual meaning does not rule out the validity of the normal meaning. Most spiritual texts can be interpreted at many levels. It is not fair to deny the truth at gross level just because one can only intellectually appreciate the meaning at a very subtle level. True experience of a text is not the delight one attains in the intellectual perception of the text. That is a fallacy because even buddhi is jaDa. When the line between what is real and what is not is so blurred, it would be a blessing to see and worship Rudra (or any other deity) in a gross form, than to be just content to think of them as an inner principle. You know this, yet I thought I will write it. In fact, I am writing it more for myself as I was/am so much into the delight of appreciating only the subtle meanings.
