Guest guest
All my Brother and Sister imaginations of the Brahma, Whose imagination/think becomes effect. (Garland of letters - Great Saint John Woodroffe) (as told to rAma by Sage vaSiSHTa - my previous post /message/8483 ) My humble namaste. Re-indenting Sridhar Babu's poem as it got lot of '>> >'s and etc, thus making bit difficult to see it's charm in one place. || Ma || Dark clouds never failed In enhancing the Beauty of Infinite Sky Nor even the black spots scattered Over the Full Moon on the Pournami day. Ma, but the clouds of my ignorance Ever fail me In reaching Thy Lotus Feet Throwing away from Thee. Would Thou heal the wound, named Ignorance? Afflicting the mind, the Turbulent & Violent, The Salty grains ingrained, named desires; None ever dared count these unnumbered! Thou art the Ocean of Knowledge Filled with endless waves of Unconditional Love Clasping the little one in Thy Hands, Heal me from the disease of Ignorance. -- Sridhar Babu http://in.geocities.com/ammassridhar Now, coming back to me: Poem came by her, thus offered to her as well, no other exists/competent enough to recieve. Some ripples that arose in me, after reading this poem. Let us first pray to the adHISa of all the knowledge(SrIguru) to remove all obstacles, as he is adhISa of that knowledge - implies-> he got power to kartuM, akartuM or anyathA kartuM when he gives/dawns that knowledge on to you. OM SrIgurussarva kAraNa bhUtA SaktiH. OM SrImAtrE namaH OM. SrIguru is known as SrImAtA here popularly, I believe. Thus whenever we get to oscillate between what to putforth, whether to put SriguravE namaH or SrImahAgaNAdhipatayE namaH first. As always we beseech guru's feet when in doubt, when we oscillate on 'science', this time too let us seek guru's feet first and put SrIgurave namaH above all else. (Including Lord GaNAdhipa, if in case, you look Lord gaNApa as different from SrIguru). Dark coluds gleamed gold on their edges, touched upon by thy cool-knowledge rays. Let the knowledge<->lotus of thy feet bloom in the cluttered mud of my mind. That has to be one of countless rays of your elegant beauty kindling with kind. Please forgive me in knid, for any/all of my mistakes. OM SrImAtrE namaH OM. prasAda.
