Guest guest
Dear members of the group: I am glad to read the earlier translation of the Stotram by Sri Mahalingam. It reads very well. Hence there Is no need to duplicate an effort and complete the translation of the remaining 10 verses.. The translation of Sri Mahalingam is excellent. The reason why I translate some of the classics is to understand the meaning of some of these works like Amalanaadhipiran, GS et al instead of reciting them without the benefit of enjoying their the rich meaning. For those interested in the worship of Surya, The special issue on Vedic Worship of Surya in a Tattvaloka might be of interest. There are articles there on Surya Namaskaram, Surya Deeksha, Temples for Surya in India, Vedas and Surya Worship et al. Sri T.R.Ramachandran, the Editor of Tattvaloka resides in Piscataway, NJ and can be contacted for a copy . I will be happy to give His Tel. no to those , who might be interested to contact him.
