Guest guest
Dear BhAgavathAs, I believe that today (Mar 31, Tue) is Sri Ramanujacahrya's Thirunakshatiram. Let us commemorate the great acharya for his invaluable service to the growth of SriVaishnavism. But the actual date seems to be May 1st. I would request others to comment. Adiyen Krishna Kalale
Guest guest
I have also noticed this discrepancy between the two calendars. Apparently, there is always 30 days difference between the Gaudiya tradition's recognition of Sri Ramanuja Thirunakshatram and what is standardly accepted among our community. I really have not been able to determine the reason for this. I would like to request Sri Gaura Kesava or other devotees in this forum who may have more knowledge of the Gaudiya calendar to elaborate. dAsan, Mohan
