Dear Sri Ranganatha PrEmis :

 

Srimathi Manjula Sriram's offer of

Srama dhAnam to create the Videotape

and make copies available to Fellow BhakthAs

is a very good idea for raising some funds

for the construction of the Sri RanganathA

Temple . As far as I can see ,there should not be

any problem in recording a personal videotape,

since I have seen a few people record such tapes of

public events at the Pittsburgh Temple .

By copy of this note , I request the participants

at this meeting and our host to let us know

if they see any problems in such a recording .

 

This kaimkaryam has two important aspects :

 

(1) . Such a tape would record these informative sessions

for the benefit of those , who could not be there .

Incidentally , there will be a proceedings of the conference ,

which will be co-sponsored by the temple and possibly

funded by TT DevasthAnam . I have been asked to

put that proceedings together . This tape would be useful

for me in that context as well .

 

(2) If people wishing to contribute a small

donation to Sri RanganathA or Sri VenkatEsvara temple

in this context , it is all the more better. We wil

have to leave the option to those , who wish to acquire

this tape for their instructional benefit and send

a small amount ( ~10$ ) over and above the postage

and cost of the Video .

 

By copy of this note , I am requesting comments from

the general list and partciularly from Dr.Narender Reddy

about not violating any temple rules .
