Dear Sri Vaishnavas,

 

adiYen does not agree with your conclusions on the present topic of

controversy.Please note that adiYen wrote only about the 4 Varnas.The

Varnashrama System does not end there , the Varnashrama

system consists of 4 social classes or Varnas and the 4 Ashramas namely:

Bhramacari,Grihastha,Vanaprastha and Sannyasa.Whereas the Varnas

occupied by a person can change, the ashramas do not change.The ashramas

constiute the religious part of the

varnashrama system and remain the same for all jivas irrespective of the

varnas they occupy.

 

 

Viewed in this light what Sri Ramanuja did on top of the Gopuram is not

at all matter of speculation; it was 100% in agreement with the

Varnashrama system.Please note that the actions and lifes of the Acaryas

are never incorrect , even if it appears to be a sentimental act on the

surface (as suggested by some).Maha vishwasam on the

Acarya is a must.

 

It is unfortunate that people stereotype themselves into certain roles

and try to dictate some to others.We all should remember that we are not

the doers and only Sriman Narayana is the Supreme Cause of all causes,

the varnashrama system was set in place by him and is never incorrect

that is why Varnashrama Dharma is also known as SanatanaDharma or

eternal Dharma. All jivas are created equal and will remain equal in his

eyes also forever.
