Guest guest
i think that the practice emnated from the chittappas and athais (who were about 15 years + when the kids were born) calling father as anna and that stuck. or perhaps the mother addressing father as "enNa" also contributed. i have a peculiar situation in our family where my great grandfather was addressed by his children as Anna whereas my grandfather was called "appa" by his own brothers and sister. badrinarayanan V S
