Guest guest
Dear bhAgavathAs, It is a great pleasure to read through the various postings re: pachcai mA malai pOl mEni. here is adiyen's understanding of the 'pachchai mA malai pOl' uvamai - If the comparison of the Lord's thirumEni is just to a malai, then the adjective will describe only the Lord's strength and indestructability. The eyes and the mind of those who have the great fortune of seeing the Lord's thirumEni are filled with joy - relieving them from their samsAra thApams - just as the green colour is pleasant to one's eyes - The word pachchai denotes this quality. The word mA (superlative) here denotes the infinite kAruNyam that the Lord has that allows us to think about His thirumEni and do dhyAnam on that beautiful thirumEni.
