This verse can also be looked through the eyes of a tamil poet. The poet may have made use of the "EkAram" for two purposes: 1.To maintain the metrical composition and poetical discourse pattern, that is when -ee is added to the forms it increases the poetical quality of the text or verse (if not this line or this verse will be appearing like a prose type: ie., Narayanan namakku paRai tahruvAn). 2. By adding this EkAram, that is, -e: to the nouns or peyars at two places ie for "nArAyaNan" and "namakku", the poet makes a "Double Emphasis", to denote that The Lord nArAyaNan will certainly do good to Us and will bless us. So, this type of usage is called "TheRRam-Emphasis" and poetical Rythm. Sri Sannithi shishyALs gavanikka: This patham in this verse "nArAyaNaNE namakkE paRai tharuvAn" also means to us currently that our 45 jeer whose name is nArAyaNan will give us all the blessings HIMself. One will not say their husband's name ever. When Sri ANDAL wanted to marry to Lord Sri Krishna in this bhAvam and to Lord Sri RanganAtha in real life She cannot utter their name directly in this grantham (thirup pAvai). She may have utterred such namAms in other places but not in this verse. Hence it is also understood that she has used their other names or nick names or "sellap peyars" (pet names) that many call, to address the Lord.
