Guest guest
Dear bhAgavatOttamA-s, It was extremely interesting to read the views of Sriman(s) Vijayanand, Sriram Ranganathan and Madhavakannan ("tiruvoi-mozhi swami"?). Sri.Vijayanand in quoting Kamban wrote: "Another vishesham regd. this slokam is that, this is supposed One of the (Only)three places in Kamba Ramayanam ,where Kambar has used the word "Aiyo"." On a similar vein, would it be right to say that "aiyO!" too has been used only by 'tiruppAn-azhwar' in the 4000? Can any of the learned members recall any other 'pasUram' where "aiyO" is used? adiyEn dAsAnu-dAsan, sudarshan ____ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com

Other members can throw light on whether any other AzhwAr has used it in any other pAsuram. adiyEn RAmAnuja dAsan Thirumalai Vinjamoor Venkatesh Regards T.V.Venkatesh E-mail : TVV Phone: 91-44-4960455 extn. 5218 Fax : 91-44-4960913 Visit : http://www.sanmargroup.com ***** Message Was Scanned For Viruses *****
