Guest guest
To All Bhaktas, my humble Namaskarams. First of all I introduce myself as R.Padmanabhan, working in ENRON Oil and Gas India, Ltd, at Bombay offshore platforms, and operating on 14 days ON/OFF duty. My family is settled in Madras, staying in West Mambalam. I am very much intetested in Srimad Bhagavatham. In our family all of us read Srimad Bhagavatham. I am having two kids, one daughter 7 years old and son 13 years old. Both the children also takes interest in Bhagavatham. We are a disciple of Sri SRI KRISHNA PREMI SWAMIGAL of Paranoor. We are having long association with Sri.Sri Krishna Premi swamigal who is famouly known as ANNA amongst the Bhaktas. In our family, myself and my elder brother have conducted Srimad Bhagavatha Sapthaham twice independently in our homes for the last two years. Parayanam and discourse by Sri.Hariji, Anna's elder son, who is 21 years old. He is MA literature and studying the vedas at present. Sri.Hariji is going to give three lectures in London in March and April this year. It is worth hearing. Those who are interested, please avail this great opportunity. It is said that only with Poorva Janma Punya, we get Bhagavath. "BHAGYODAYENA BAHU JANMA SAMARJITENA" I got all your address from the Bhakti archives and very much impressed by the active participation of the Bhaktas. I would like to know more about Srimad Bhagavatham and I can share my experiences and knowledge of Srimad Bhagavatham. Please give me more information. I read the Kannan & Hanuman similarities. Very informative. I would like to share butter story of Bhagavatham. In the Dasama Skandam in Bhagavatham, during the Navaneetha Chora leela, God Krishna is giving the stolen butter to all children and monkeys. He is giving the monkeys the butter, because of the Poorva Janma ReNam ( Kadam ) to Hanuman. In Ramayana, Sri.Rama is saying to Hanuman, "NA KURMI SADRESAM PRIYAM", meaning I am not able to give the compensation for your service. That compensation, GOD is fulfilling by giving the butter. The butter story never appears in the Ramayana, but it appears in Bhagavatham, in Dasama Skandam, " MARKAN BHOKSHYAN VIBHAJATI SA CHET NATTI BHANDAM BHINATTI". Similarly there are lot of interesting subjects, like Comparison between, AJAMEELA & JADABHARATHA, DURVASA & AMBAREESHA etc. I will write after hearing from you all. Thanks and regards. Again Namaskar. _______ DO YOU !? Get your free @ address at
