Dear Sri Venkat Swamy,

 

Thanks for the writeup of Sri Andal's thirukkalyana celebrations. In that

you had mentioned :

Rangamannar comes in paradesa kolam(for kasi yatrai) and sri

periyazhwar father of the bride (Sri Andal) welcomes him with poorna

kumbham.Then the "thengay thondrudhal" function is held.

Can you please throw more light on this "thengay thondrudhal" function?
