Just a reminder that Sri Jayanti occurs this

year on September 2/3. Most Sri Vaishnavas will

celebrate this function on Friday, September 3,

and some will celebrate it on Thursday, September 2.

Please consult your elders if you are unsure about

your tradition.

Dear BhakthAs :

 

This year ,Sri KrishNa Jayanthi is celebrated

on Friday, September 3 , 1999 by EVERY ONE

( Ahobila Matam, Munithraya SamprAdhAyam

and PaancharAthra aagamam /Temples).On this

day , Ashtami and ROhiNi are joining together

to make us all celebrate GokulAshtami /Sri Jayanthi.

 

RoHiNi Thithi is on September 3 and

Kritthikai Thithi is on September 2.

 

This day (Sep 3) is also the Thirunakshathram

of NayinArAchAryar , the blessed son of

Swami Desikan .
