Dearest sisters and Brothers,

 

I wish to infrom two interesting things for (y)our benefits/enjoyment:

 

1. Sometime back, I had posted a request for subscrition of Tamil magazine

called "Sriranga satajith Krupa" edited by Sri Ananthapadmanabhan (sishya of

Sri Purisai Swamy), west mamabalam. he had staged a sanskrit drama on Swamy

Desikan few years ago (with Tamil narration befroe each scene) in Madras. It

was a great success. Agaian, he is staging that drama now this weekend at

Chennai on the 11th June at T.Nagar Krishna gana sabha. The drama is called

 

"Sri Vedantha Desika Vijayam"

 

Those who are at Madras, please do make it a point not to miss and write

about it in this list for our enjoyment.

 

2. Sri Hari of Singapore (about whom you need no introduction) who has

studied all nine works of Ramanuja as kaalakshepam, has been performing

great kaimkaryams of teaching us, Visistadhavaitha sampradayam, in very

simple, easy -to-uderstand language in English, by e-mail lessons. He has

compeleted about four lessons, which are very basic and nice. It is going to

run to about 25 lessons. There are 41 students now. As per adiyEn's appeal

and request, he has started an egroup, so that others too can join.
