Sri Ramanuja Mission of Srirangam Srimad Andavan Ashram is delighted to

announce that the next tele-upanyasam by His Holiness Sri Rangaramanuja

Mahadesikan is scheduled for next saturday Nov 11 at 9.30 AM EDT for 1

hour. Srimadh Andavan who is currently in Sancharam on the way to

Karnataka will be continuing the discourse on Thiruppavai from Bangalore

Ashramam. In an effort to promote Sri Ramanuja Sath Sampradhayam, Sri

Ramanuja Mission is subsidizing the cost of conducting these upanyasms.

TELE-STHOTHRAM AND TELE-PRABHANDHAM CLASSES:

As a service to our sampradayam in reaching bhagavathas all over USA, by

seeking the grace of the padukas of ALL acharyas, Sri Ramanuja Mission

has planned to conduct Sri Desika Sthothram classes and Divya

Prabhandham classes over the telephone bridge every saturday. We intend

to teach this in a traditional recitation way starting with simple

Desika Sthothrams. For Divya Prabhandham, we intend to start with

Nithyanusandhanam. We plan to have one hour sessions starting soon

(tentatively on Saturday, Nov 18, 2000). Children, preferably over 6

years are most welcome to join too. If you are interested, please

register for these classes at www..org. and clicking on

Tele-Sthothram class link. If the response is high, we will be glad to

have more than one session for these classes. If you would like to offer

suggestions, please fill out the suggestions column in this page.

Further instructions regarding logistics, resources, time, dial-in

numbers, teacher etc, will be posted on the web and by email by

wednesday of next week. The medium of instruction will be in English.

Please note that stotram classes since are taught in US, they may not get

morning slots if there is a lecture from India on that day.
