Guest guest
Ramanujan thiruvdigale saranam: Firstly I would like to convey my respects to all the learned people in this unique forum (whether elder or younger it doesnt matter as the amount of knowledge displayed is worthy of all the respect in this world. My name is Srivatsan, though for practical purposes like schooling and work, I was and am called Vinod. I am 21 years old and an engineer by profession. I have had a good exposure to the ideals of the Vaishnava culture and credentials, though my knowledge of ancient scriptures are very limited due to my lack of Sanskrit knowledge. I have developed recent interests in thiruppavai and other sub-sections of the nallayira divya prabahandam due to the craving for pure tamil literature. In this process I have become deeply engrossed in the trysts of fate and destiny that our ancient saints and gods had faced and the methods that they had adopted to reach the supreme soul. I hope to gain more knowledge from these discussion forums and I will be extremely grateful to anyone who can guide this young soul in the right path to read the right scriptures and attain ultimate peace in life.
