Dear BhakthAs and Professor Vasudha Narayanan :

I have attached a note from Sriman Mohan Sagar.

It is a day of great joy for us to know that

Dr.Vasudha Narayanan of our group has been honored

to assume the responsibilities of the high office of

the President of the U.S.Academy of Religion .

Dr.Vasudha Narayanan's distingished contributions to

comparitive religion in general and Sri Vaishnavam

in particular though her scholarly monographs have been

very well recognized through election to this office.

My personal and hearty congratulations as she enters

in to this high office .
