I think there is some conception regarding Kura narayana Jeeyar, author of

Sudarsana Sathakam.

 

Kura Narayana Jeeyar was contemprory of Koorathalwan and was many years

earlier to Vadakalai-Thenkalai divide.

 

Sudarsana Sathakam was written at he behest of Koorathalwan when

Thiruvaranga Perumal Ariyar was unwell to do kaimkaryam to Srirangam

temple.

 

Sri.Kura Narayana to whom you are referring to may be a different acha
