Dear Bhagavathas,

With the grace of HH Sri Rangaramanuja Mahadesikan and the blessings of Sri

Ranganatha Divya Dampathi, Sri Ramanuja Mission of Sri Rangam Srimad Andavan

Periyashramam is extremely pleased to announce the release of the last three

CD-volumes (of a six-volume set) of Sri Desika Sthothra Mala. These slokas were

beautifully and elegantly rendered by Srimans Shyam Sundar Sreenivasan and

Venkatanathan Sreenivasan. Each title is preceded by a short introductory

commentary in English. These three CDs were released during Sri Ramanuja

Jayanthi Celebrations at Sri Venkateshwara Temple, NJ on April 28 and at Sri

Ranganatha Temple, NY on April 29, 2001. These CDs will also be made available

online at www..org for the benefit of all bhagavathas. Please

stand by for further announcements on these CDs.

It may be recalled that this project was started by the Mission in the November

of 1997 and the first three CDs were released during Sri Ramanuja Jayanthi

Celebrations in the August of 1999. Sri Ramanuja Mission thanks all bhagavathas

for the overwhelming response to these first three CDs and takes it as an

indication of your respect and dedication to Swami Sri Desikan. We hope that

this four-year project is a fitting tribute to Kavitharkika Simha, Sarvathanthra

Swathanthra, Vedanthacharya Swami Sri Desikan's works.

Sri Ramanuja Mission wishes to thank Vaikuntavasi U.Ve. Sri Kannan Swami of MD

(who is not with us to see his dream project come true) and Oppiliappan Koil

Varadachari U.Ve. Sri Sadagopan Swami of NY for their wise insight and valuable

guidance over the years. There are no words to express our gratitude and

appreciation for their time and efforts.

Sarvam Sri Krishnarpanamasthu!

Nadadur Madhavadasan
