Guest guest
Sri Mattapalli Naatham Pranathosmi Nithyam Namaha Namaskaaram to all bhakthi group members. Adiyen has heard that Sri Nammazhwaar in His prabhandams has directly translated the Veda into tamizh. One example known to adiyen is that in some prabhandam Sri Nammazhwar says " Avanum, avanumavanumavanum..............." This is supposed to be the translation of the Vedic mantra " saH brahma saH shivassendraH so.akShara paramasvaraaT". adiyen would like to know from the knowledgable bhakthi group members if anybody has made a comparative study of the prabhandams of Sri Nammazhwaar and the vedic mantras and identified the correlation between both. Which paasuram is related to which vedic mantra ? Also adiyen would like to know if the Veda Bhaashya of Swaami VidyaaraNya is available anywhere in India either in sanskrit or any translation.
