Guest guest
sri: "Upama Kaalidaasasya" "samskruthe sambaashanam kuru, jeevanasya parivarthanam kuru!" Dear Samskrutha Rasikaas, I came across and excellent site to learn sanskrit online. It is fabulousy designed and uses Dynamic fonts, rendering the devanagari script in a very very legible format. They even have an "Pre Test" for people interested. Here is one sample from the 'very easy' section *What is the name given to letters which are homogeneous and can be prounounced similarly? a)savarna b)samana c)a-savarna d)sah:-sh.ya Here is one from the 'difficult section' *In which drama does the famous statement "A person whose education is for earning money is called a "knowledge-trader" occur? a)Malavikagnimitra b)Uttararamacharita c)Venisamhara d)Malati Madhava Here is the link http://www.samskrt.com/home.asp I strongly reccomend every member to make a sincere attempt to learn sanskrit. Sanskrit is akin to Mathematics and really quite simple to learn if learnt under the divine feet of acharyas. When you start, Please start learning sanskrit by reciting: Jn~Anandamayam dEvam nirmala spatikAkruthim aadhAram sarva vidhyAnAm HayagrIvam upAsmahE nyAnapirAn thiruvadigale sharanam. adiyen ramanuja daasan, Malolan Cadambi __________ Get your free @.co.uk address at http://mail..co.uk or your free @.ie address at http://mail..ie
