Guest guest
Dear BhaghavatOttamAs: Many will be writing about the SamprOkshanam. Shrimans Sadagopan and Murali Thirumalai have already written some glorious account of it. The most praiseworthy comment was the one I heard from one of the out-of-town visitors. She said that this temple made her feel it is something of her own. She felt that there is a sense of belonging. Well she only expressed what most others felt about the temple. She reminded me of the Alavandar's story where Lord Ranganatha was cherished as the greatest treasure that our poorvacharyas have bequeathed to us. Most of us felt deeply touched. The Samprokshanam provided a rare sight of an unprecedented gathering of Sri Vaishnavas all enjoying the birth of another Bhu-loka Vaikuntam. I am sure this temple will become the premier temple, not only for Sri Vaishnavas, but for all Hindus living in the American continent. This temple will be the beacon light for generations to come and will exist and thrive as long as the hills and rivers remain. I am sure all the Azhwars would be pleading with EmperumAn in Sri Vaikuntam and wanting to take their avatAras once more to sing about this Ranganathan. I am happy to see the election of Shriman Sadagopan, Smt. Nagu Satyan, Shri Sampath Kumar, & Smt. Bhagya Chari to the Board of Trustees of the temple. dAsan Chakravarthy S.
