One of the Dhveepam is Jambhu Dhveepam surrounded by Salty ocean.This dhveepam has 9 KhaNdams ( Divisions).Eacj of these KhaNDams have Lords and the main UpAsakaas, the manthrams for these Lords and their dhyAna slOkams. Aniruddhan is one of the Vyuha Moorthy. Aniruddhan (Unobstructed ) is also the gandson of Krishnan and son of Pradhyumnan in PurANams.You might recall the UshA PariNayam and BaaNAsurs Vadham. Vasubhandha might therefore be the RaajadhAni of KrishNA's grandson , Aniruddhan. BTW, which Sri Sookthi of ParAsara Bhattar did you come across this reference?
