Emperumanar Darsanam -Where are we leading..

 

 

It was a wonderful trip to States for about 35 days and Velukkudi Krishnan

Swami gave lecture/upanyasams on almost all the 35 days.What an experience and

personally I learned a number good things.It is liking walking thro a rose

garden.If you have to pick up roses you have to be careful and pluck the roses

without the thorn hurting you.You should not mind about the thorns.At the end

of the walk, you feel happy, your basket is full of roses, for offering to the

Lord .While I was attemptimg to pen down my rich experience for the benefit of

all ,I hear cries cries and cries by the people who are very badly hurt by

the thorn and way back in India we could hear the cries*. Acharya - shishya

Lakshanam* A number of us are" proud "to be the shisya s of our Acharya.Is

this "proudness" alone suffice to claim we are ardent followers of our

Acharya?Is there any requirement for a shishya to follow? .Yes ,while an

Acharya is an Acharya either by birth or by nomination, is there any

requirement for Him to be addressed to as an Acharya? I have not read

"Srivachanabushanam",but as a layman intersted in learning ,I have listened to

the tapes of Sri Velukkudi Krishnan on Acharya -shishya Lakshanam. Not his own

intrepretation or assumptions and conclusions ,the upanyasam by Sh Velukkudi

Swami is a commenteray on what has been told to us by our Poorvachariargal.

Every day I stand before Lord Narayana and ask Him whether all these texts,to

put it short, "outpourings "by AAlwars and Acharyas and Emperumanar is for

mere learning? .Is it only for preaching?.Is it only for showing our

interpretation talents?Is it for scoring over others?Emperumanar the Great

Jagathacharyar toiled and toiled to ensure we donot get hurt by the thorns.For

every difficult path he showed us the path laid with fragrant

flowers.Everywhere I see lot of commentators and they are outnumbering the

players.In my earlier serial I had concluded that Srivaishnavites have been

marginalised. Events are proving to me, it appears, it is complete now and the

next stage is that we vanish and ** we should be "proud" that we are in the

right track to get vanished**
