Dear Bhakthi List Members,

 

It gives me immense pleasure to be associated with you

through this Electronic medium.

 

Though I keep browsing the archives since past 2-3

years, my attempts to get d to list

fructified only now.

 

At first, Thanks to Sri.Mani for keeping this site

going for years and I wish this gains momentum year

after year. Also giving me an opportunity to be a

united, with the bhagavatas of the group.

 

To introduce my self I K.M. Shantha Kumar (24) hail

from Kaliyur Village, which is very near to the famous

temple town Kanchipuram of TamilNadu and belong to

traditionally SriVaishnava Thennacharya Sampradaya

Iyengar family. My grandfather Late Sri. K.M. Manavala

Iyengar is a renowed Divya Prabanda Adhyapaka and

Pancharatra Agma Vidhwan who served as Chief Archaka

at Sri Venkateshwara Perumal Devasthanam,

Secunderabad. Sri. Venkateshwara Temple, Pittsburgh,

USA. Sri Siva Vishnu Temple of Washington D.C. USA. He

was the first to be given green card immigration as

Hindu Priest in 1977. We are Shishyas of Sri

Mudaliandan Swami Thirumaligai.

 

I hold a Masters Degree in Computer Applicaions (MCA)

from the reputed Bharathidasan University of

TamilNadu.

 

I am working as a Web Developer for Career Community,

a software organisation at Hyderabad.

 

Apart from my Academic and Professional career I am

very much actively involved in the services of Sri

Vaishnava Sampradayam.

 

As a founder Treasurer of Sri Srivaishnava Sampradaya

Sabha, Secunderabad, organised number of Discourses on

Azhwars,Acharyas and conducted classes for various

Stotra Patas and Upanishads and also organise Annual

Thiruppavai and Sahasranama Recitation competetion

under the able guidance of President Sri. S.

Santhanam, IAS (Retd. Special Chief Secy. of A.P.) and

Sri. K.M. Govindan (uncle) Secretary of the Sabha.

 

My father Sri. K.M. Sampath Kumar is a Senior

Executive Engineer in Hyderabad Industries Ltd. My

younger brothers K.M. Suresh Kumar and K.M. Santosh

Kumar always give their support to all my activities.
