Guest guest
radhegovinda namo narayana dear bhaagavatas, we continue with surdas once more... [Rasakhan] ['Whom the Vedas proclaim to be indestructible, eternal, boundless, impregnable and impenetrable; whose glory Shiva, Ganesha, Shesha and Surya sing; on whom sages like Narada, Shuka and Vyasa meditate, yet fail to fathom his depth; the cowherd girls (of Braj) make that same Lord dance about for tasting their butter and whey.'] King Parikshita said to the sage Shukadeva, 'The cowherd girls realized Krishna in the form of a husband, not as the Formless Brahma. They failed to grasp the greatness of the Cosmic Absolute [brahma]. They worshipped God with form [i.e., as a human avatar]. How could they realize through him the Formless? This greatly perplexes me. Please resolve this doubt of mine.' Shukadeva said, 'Your Majesty, Shishupala harbored enmity with Krishna in his mind, yet he achieved emancipation. So why should anyone be surprised if the cowherd girls, beloved of Hari [Vishnu, whose avatar Krishna was], could attain moksha? In whatever manner one worships Hari with unswerving devotion either as one desiring something, or out of love or friendship, or even from fear, or anger [at some harm befalling him for which he holds God responsible] - such a person wins Hari's favour. lottsa krishna premai kalaivani namo narayana hari hari _______________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx
