Guest guest
Pranams to all I was going through Vishnu Sahasranam - 74 ..... ...'Shiva always do dhyanam by uttering Rama Namam'(taraka mantram). Can someone clarify what is the meaning of "Taraka" and why "Rama" namam choosen as Taraka Mantram. Lord Rama says "Mitrabhavena .....DOSHOYADHYAPI tasya syath sadhametatakarhitam" means even if he has dosham I will not leave him (hope I understood the meaning correctly). Then why Andal says (twice) "AAraindu". If there is "aaraindu" then will the "dhosham" not be seen? What is the meaning of "Nirhetu Kripa"? Hope someone will clarify my doubts. pranams once again raji sridhar ______________________ Want to sell your car? advertise on Autos Classifieds. It's Free!! visit http://in.autos. Guest guest
Sri Parthasarathi thunai Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha Pranams, Nirheduka krupai means the krupai which is showered on us by the bhagavan without any hethu(reason). When we appoint a person for some job then we have to look into his qualifications and decide whether to appoint him or not. But then do we do the same analysis when we have to help a beggar? We feel sad for the pitiable state of the beggar and give him alms. We are all beggars in front of the lord, Sriman Narayana. So irrespective of our qualification he showers his krupai on us. That is Nirheduka krupai. Actually the best qualification for us to help a beggar is, that he has nothing and is helpless. We also have the same qualification that we are helpless and no other sadanas to save us so our only refuge is the saranAravindham of bhagavan, sriman Narayanan. But then one question may arise in our minds, but then why doesnt he shower the krupai on all then all of us will land in moksham and no one will be over here(sarva mukthi prasangam)? In the case of the beggar we give him alms only because he begged in front of us but if he has not asked for it we wouldnt have given him anything. But his asking is alone not responsible for us to give him alms but we should have the helping tendency and also something in hand to give. Emperuman has lot of krupai and everything including moksham to give us. But only if we go and fall under his feet and beg for it he gives us. But still just our saranagathi cannot become the upayam for us to attain moksham but bhagavat krupai alone can grant us the same so this is NIRHEDUKA KRUPAI.
