Introduction

Dear Sri Vaishnavas,

 

I am a new member of the bhakti-list and would like to briefly

introduce myself. I am a student majoring in biology in St. Louis,

Missouri, USA, with a planned career in dentistry. I am deeply interested

in Sri Vaishnava doctrine (I was raised vadakalai Iyengar), and how it

relates to other aspects of hindu life. I believe that the glorious

tradition of Sri Ramanuja can shine brilliantly in a contemporary times,

as we as followers delve into the essentials of the tradition and reaffirm

them within ourselves.

 

My sincere hope by joining this list is to learn from the wisdom

of other members who contribute...
