Do you think that if a sannyasi(physical) who break his leg ( or got a severe injury on his body) will be calm as if nothing happened. If one person is a true (physical)sannyasi he shouldn't have a single possession including his own body. So if a sannyasi renounced everything except his body, he should first take mental renounciation towards his own body. So practicing mental renunciation towards our possessions is a first and foremost thing for everyone ( person who took physical sannyasa or who lead samsara).
