Eric,

I just had an idea.

(For simplicity of the analogy, I'll leave out non-human parts of

manifestation.)

If the manifest is the body of God and if you are a brain cell and I am a

colon cell, it seems that I'm covered in ... well, you know. It seems that

because the brain cells have awareness, they are most important. One rule

of God might be that all cells are important and necessary. Maybe the

tendency that we have to differentiate is the part of duality and

fragmentation that causes the great troubles we see in the world.

So many types of people, concepts of what/who we are. Just like in the body

analogy, they may all be true from the perspective of the organ the cell

lives in and is, but the bigger picture is served by not rejecting a part.

They are all vital and sacred. I really believe if we could see that in one

another, we'd come closer to understanding the harmony/union/non-duality

that brings peace. It seems that the body has been busy rejecting itself in

many ways.

I wish for a day when we all will see the sacred roles we play despite the

appearance. Then we could have awe and respect for a myriad of ways of

being. We even might see the interconnectedness that we need to see.

There is a quote I remember. Forgive the lack of proper reference.

"Accepting none as worthy,

Rejecting none as worthless,

Having the Spirit of understanding

It knows full well that itself and it's creation are one.

That to reject a part is to reject the whole and to reject the whole is to

reject itself."
