Guest guest
I don't mean this in an overly critical way but my understanding is this is supposed to be a forum for discussing shankara's teaching. If we get into an extended discussion of every modern westerner who claims to have experienced the non-dual we will find the list hopelessly watered down. Surely these people can be discussed elsewhere. kc
Guest guest
Greetings: I want to thank KC for his comments reinforcing the list policies. I can fully understand his frustration. His posting is a valid reminder to all the members and I request everyone to try your level best to meet the list policies. Those who to this list have the right to expect the postings to meet the basic list guidelines. we don't have any right to fill the members' mailboxes with postings that go beyond the scope of Advaitin. Those who send same posting simultaneously to several lists should take extra care. I fully understand the good intentions, but please understand that we have no right to impose on others with email that they don't want! Let us use our discriminating intllect to sort out our postings and reduce network and mailbox congestion! Thanks for your cooperation and understanding. -- Ram Chandran List Moderator chaffin writes I don't mean this in an overly critical way but my understanding is this is supposed to be a forum for discussing shankara's teaching.
