I don't know where you got the "Shiva" + "Sakti" idea. But here, I am referring the book "Sri Sivadvaita NirNaya" written by "Appaya Dikshita" and commented by "Srikanta" (Srikanta Bhasya). It is an excellent book. This book is available in Ramakrishna Mutt Library (Khar, Mumbai). Pati = The Master Pasu = Animal (Slave) From the "Pasu" point of view, the "Pati" is Saguna Brahman. But the "Pati" for himself is neither Saguna Brahman nor Nirguna Brahman. We classify it for the sake of understanding.
