As you know, we are in the process of moving the archives of

advaitin to our mirror site www.eScribe.com where they can

be accessed and searched under author, date, title, subject etc.

This will be a considerable improvement in our going through

the archives.

 

Our present archives at Onelist.com are in the Digest format

and in order to make them amenable to search features, some

editing of the archives is required. Further, the transfer need

to be done through mbox files from Unix, Eudora or Outlook

Express.

 

The work would involve a few volunteers working two or three

hours a day for two or three weeks (at their own convenience)

to tidy up the archives and transfer them. We are looking for

volunteers, particularly those knowledgeable about transfer

of bulk materials in the stated formats. Anyone wishing to

volunteer their time, please contact either me or Shri Ram

Chandran.
