Dear Devendra, I'm snipping out this line because to me, it's the crux of the matter. If you remember, this thread began with questions about "direct seeing". We have now come back full circle to "direct seeing". To "transcend" the categories we imagine to be real is simply to be the real itself. This is "seen" directly as "being". Being and nonbeing are not divided in this "being". It might then be said, we don't "arrive" at the truth, so much as the Truth might be said to "arrive" as us. -- peace in One -- Dan
Guest guest
Dear Friends, Through the conversations I've read on this subject we have expressed the difference between seeing in dreams and seeing of "reality". The idea that has comes up is that since both preceptions are the same then either reality and dream states truely don't exist or BOTH exist. To say that one is "true" and the other is "fake" is simply wrong. How can two things that seem the same be opposites. My theory works with the latter idea. Aurobindo referred to multiple worlds, could dreams exist due to our own perception of reality on these different worlds? Maybe I'm reading these ideas wrong. But either way I would love to see this kicked around and to see your oppinions. With Great Respect, Anthony
