Dear List,

 

I have to thank everybody who has been posting, *especially* those whom I

find disagreement with. Lately, my own tolerance to differing viewpoints

is being radically tested (not only on this list, but on another list, and

in life circumstances as well), and in the fire of that test, I think

intolerance is being burned away. I can only thank Grace again and again

for this opportunity to be rid of more ignorance. I am being confronted

again and again with "disagreement," and again and again with the blessed

opportunity to overcome the concept of disagreement.

 

In the words of Jesus, "Love your enemies. Bless those that curse and

revile you. If you are slapped on one cheek, turn the other cheek to them

as well."

 

This is such a difficult lesson to learn. This list is now mirroring the

intolerance *here* to viewpoints other than my own. Everywhere I go, I am

beginning to see only this mind's viewpoints mirrored back to it. This is

a real test as to whether I can only "talk the talk," or if there is really

knowledge here, if there is really anything beyond the mind.

 

Thank you again and again to everybody. Bless you. I love every one of

you for showing the areas here where there is still ignorance. Please

continue, I don't want to change the viewpoint of anybody. I have to learn

that there is no such thing as disagreement, that it is just of the mind

and that in Brahman there is no disagreement or duality anywhere, and that

everybody is correct in what they say. Praise be unto Grace, this list is

now acting as a 'Guru' of a sort.
