and difficult to control;but through practice and renunciation,it may be

governed.One perchance,in thousands of men,strives for perfection;and one

perchance,among the blessed ones,striving thus,knows me in reality.If thou

art unable to fix thy mind steadily on me,then by abhyasa-yoga do thou seek

to reach me.That which is like poison at first,but like nectar at the
