Guest guest
Dear Ram: Thank you for your thoughtful response to my post. Yes, I agree that following the intuitive impulse which seems to come like lightening rather than "formulated thought" to service and movement in daily life assists one in eliminating selfish thought or "not-seeing" divine in all of life. It was very helpful to have your response, and I it is with gratitude that I read the beautiful illuminating postings of the various members. Sorry that I was remiss in sending an email of introduction. Seeking to align my thoughts and actions with the divine, I have luckily seen your list through the postings of Harsha whose wisdom I respect. I was fortunate to be born in a home where we had Indian and Persian scholars renting another home close by and an uncle who was a traditional Roman scholar (Devil's Advocate and one of those who oversaw the Vatican library) so my exposure has been broad. Your list allows me to see deeply through the exchanges others are providing thru the questions they ask and I appre- ciate the good fortune to be able to read here. I live in Virginia, have had various very wide careers and try to follow divine's guidance in work and play, love and life and light. I have a beautiful son named Nicolas who is seven, and am luckily getting divorced :-). I found the thoughts expressed by Nicholas in seeking solitude interesting, had this conversation yesterday with a friend, Lisa, who I sometimes meditate with, how we seem to seek more and more solitude, silence ... all the thoughts that earlier I voraciously read seem to hold less and less appeal and this appears to be an outcome of meditation? Once again, thank you very much for providing this forum and your response to my question. Love and Light, Annette van der Zon
