Guest guest
Greetings Advaitins: This list is blessed with dedicated members and with His Grace, we have been able to maintain our discussions with calm and courtesy. The membership is growing at the rate of over 15 per month and currently we have 193 members. To cope up with this growth, the list recently expanded the number of moderators. The present Moderation Board consists of me, Sadanandaji, Madhavaji, Gummuluruji, Gregji and Frankji. The board is likely to add an additional member in the near future. I have been the chief moderator for nearly 18 months and it is time for me to step down and bring some new energy and vitality. The list is quite fortunate that we have knowledgeable members and every member of the moderation team is fully qualified and capable to conduct the job of the chief moderator. I am happy to announce that for the year 2000, Madhavaji has kindly accepted to become the chief moderator and the moderators have expressed their whole hearted support to him. Sri Madhavaji's numerous postings in this list truly demonstrate his great spiritual background and he has been ably trained by Pujyasri Saradhapriyananda, one of the senior monks of Chinmaya Mission. We are blessed that Sri Madhavaji has agreed to lead and will carry the list to higher spiritual levels in the coming millennium. Sri Madhavaji is also a computer expert by profession and he has been instrumental in reducing my work significantly during the past several months. He is young, energetic and enthusiastic and is quite ready undertake this new responsibility. I am also quite confident that you will give your support and cooperation to Sri Madhavaji in the new millennium. Let me take this opportunity to thank you all for your cooperation, understanding and support. I also want to assure Sri Madhavaji that I will continue to serve this list but at a different capacity! regards, Ram Chandran Note: The board has informally agreed to rotate the leadership every year. The board will also formulate procedures to rotate the board members during the next 12 months.
